1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, embedding our JavaScript widget tag (tdn.js), routing web traffic through our Server-Side Rendered (SSR) reverse proxy, or purchasing any subscription plan, you ("Customer", "Subscriber", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization or company, you confirm that you have legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Platform Services & Capabilities

TranslateBeam TDN provides an automated Translation Delivery Network (TDN) including:

• Zero-dependency client-side DOM parsing and translation widgets.
• In-context floating live visual translation editing tools.
• DNS and OpenLiteSpeed reverse proxy infrastructure for server-side HTML delivery and SEO hreflang injection.
• Multi-tier Redis L1 edge caching and database translation persistence.
• Brand and financial ticker protection glossary systems.

3. Subscriptions, Quotas & Billing

TranslateBeam TDN offers structured monthly and annual subscription plans (Basic at $49/mo, Pro Member at $99/mo, Elite TDN at $199/mo, and Enterprise TDN at $399/mo).

• Recurring Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle through authorized payment processors (PayPal and Google Pay).
• Word Quotas: Monthly translated word allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month. Translations already cached at the edge do not consume extra quota on repeat pageviews.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Customer Billing Portal. Your service remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of initial purchase if the service does not meet technical requirements.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain complete, exclusive intellectual property ownership, copyright, and trademarks over your original website content and all generated translated strings. Wealth Profusion LLC claims no ownership over your source text or localized translations.

Platform Engine: The TranslateBeam TDN software, reverse proxy architectures, tokenizer algorithms, widget libraries, and dashboard source code remain the sole intellectual property of Wealth Profusion LLC.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the TDN service to:

• Translate, proxy, or distribute phishing material, malware, ransomware, or illegal content.
• Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, unauthorized scraping, or reverse engineering of the neural translation engine.
• Attempt to bypass tenant isolation boundaries, security tokens, or API rate limiters.

6. Service Level Commitment (SLA)

Wealth Profusion LLC targets a 99.9% monthly network uptime for our TDN reverse proxy and edge caching infrastructure. In the event of unscheduled downtime exceeding SLA thresholds, Enterprise tier customers may request pro-rated service credits.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wealth Profusion LLC and its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from translation inaccuracies produced by automated machine models or temporary third-party network latency.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of this agreement shall be submitted exclusively to the state or federal courts situated in Harris County, Texas.
